JLL Partners

Location: New York, NY

The first JLL Partners project completed by Cat Lindsay in 1994 developed a parti and aesthetic the firm wanted to continue for their new full floor occupancy at 450 Lexington. Offices are placed at the perimeter with french doors and sidelights as the office front to permit light and visibility while maintaining a sense of enclosure. Teams are clustered in the center to benefit from ‘cross pollination’.  The green carpet and anigre wall panels and desks give the space a sense of warmth and comfort. Ceilings are predominantly lay lights with large format acoustic tiles framing the pop ups.  Amenities to the new space include a large lunchroom facing the city and an expanded conference center.

JLL Partners’ move to 300 Park in 2023 still expounds on the original planning with updates including two large shared living room spaces in the work area, a ping pong pantry with seating overlooking the outdoor terraces, ash wood desk enclosures with height adjustable worksurfaces and maximized ceiling heights throughout.
