Location: New York, NY

The task was to create a sense of arrival at the residential lobby on the third floor at Columbus Circle joining the residential lobby with retail. We created three zones- the entry, the transition and the gallery. The entry greets you with leather wrapped panels framed in eucalyptus wood. The ceiling is accentuated with an art piece by 

Maura Smolover from ArtsinArchitecture. The carpet is replaced with rich dark stone pavers throughout to unify the space. The transition continues the eucalyptus panels. The gallery has large floating eucalyptus panels for art display. The selected art pieces include images of the four seasons to bring nature and light into the space.
