Guest House at Liberty National
Location: Jersey City, NJ
The guest house at Liberty National is composed of three individual flats designed to accommodate out of town club members and their guests. Each flat is designed to balance sun penetration as the living areas all face the Statue of Liberty. The top has wenge floors, the middle has teak and the first level has cerused oak throughout. The materials and finishes are all selected to complement the wood floors.
All flats have white lacquered kitchen cabinetry with an adjacent solid surface island. Guests can sit at the island or at the 8-10 person dining table provided. Each has a minimum of three bedrooms and three baths as well as a powder room at the entry. The concept for the interior design is to create spaces with international appeal to acknowledge the global stature of Liberty National membership.
Future guest house flats could be located inland facing the golf course or along the water facing the harbor and potential marina.
