Location: New York, NY

A training facility was needed to onboard new hires as well as provide for continuing education of existing teams.  This 30,000 sf training facility occupies the second floor of a downtown New York City office building. The program required a two hundred person auditorium, a special computer room, as many classrooms with break out rooms as possible, shared central space with refreshments and an area for quiet conversation. The auditorium takes advantage of the building facets providing perfect views for all three seating areas. The sintered aluminum ceiling panels provide acoustic absorption and expeditious installation. It was built with a six month construction schedule.

The space was designed to work with the firm’s mantra, ‘Minds Wide Open’ by providing a fresh space without being trendy, serious without being staid.
