This 1887 Queen Anne mansion is one of the very few remaining townhouses on Central Park West. The client loved the provenance of the building. The interior is modernized with quarter sawn white oak paneling and all modern conveniences while maintaining period interior details. A natatorium resides in the cellar. Fabric colors used are primarily lavenders and light pinks. Furniture and lighting selected are all period pieces. The result is a beautiful envelope of light with contrasting dark framed furniture creating a pleasing balance of old and new.
